After the early bird deadline (15th of March, AoE), a late registration fee of 160 US$ will be charged to all registrations.
The conference registration fee includes participation in the technical program, all social functions as well as an electronic copy of the conference proceedings, as well as all lunch breaks (four) and all coffee breaks. Accompanying guests can also be registered for participation in the conference social functions (welcome reception as well as either the rump session or the banquet).
If you are a student presenting at , your registration fee will be covered by the IACR Fund for Student Presenters; you do not need to pay for registration. Please contact the General Chair by email, explaining that you are a student presenter, and a registration fee waiver token will be produced for you. Additional information about stipends is available here. Please note that post-doctoral scholars are NOT considered as students (both for the registration waiver and the registration fees).
Cancellations requests should be made in email to the conference general chair. Those received by 10th of April will receive a full refund of the registration fees (but not of the late registration fees, if applied) less 200 US$ to cover fixed costs. Purchases of printed proceedings are non-refundable. No refunds will be made after 10th of April.
All the food served in the conference is going to be Kosher (and thus, no pork nor shellfish products will be served). Vegetrian food can also be requested during the registration and will be guarenteed. Other types of special dietry requirements can be requested. We will do our best to cater to vegans (Tel Aviv is well known as a vegan paradise) and or people with food allergies. However, we cannot guarentee addressing all the possible issues (allergy information will be available) and as the kitchens preparing the food are also preparing other types of foods, one should be concerned with "contamination".
